“Time Management is an Oxymoron, you can not manage time, but you can manage yourself”. I have been a Management Consultant and coach for over twenty years. I still teach managers and their employees how to better manage themselves, get more work done and work fewer hours!
How do you get more done in less time? By increasing a person’s concentration? How? By reducing their distractions. Reducing distractions increases concentration which in turn increases productivity
A few years ago I decided to put in writing what I have been teaching people for years; how to get more done and work less hours! This book shows you how to manage paper, e-mail, the telephone, people and yourself effectively!

Working Longer Hours?
Why are more managers and employees not getting their work done on time, spending long hours in the office, less time at home and experiencing increased stress and burn out?
What Happened?
It started in the 90’s when company executives realized that employee costs were too high and reacted by reducing the number of employees. This downsizing has been occurring for the last several years and is still going on. Guess what didn’t decrease, the workload! I believe that today’s managers and employees must have better organization skills and be more productive in order to survive in today’s workplace.
